Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for engineering and support teams. The Human Resources Manager will implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits coordination,



and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, resolving employee relations matters, supporting training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s values and growth objectives.
