• Hindi or English; Telugu is a plus, not a must
• Not a script-reader — someone who convinces

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Call the leads our ads bring in and convince them to start
• Bring back customers who tried us and stopped
• Follow up on payments — politely, firmly
• Manage your customers after they join
• Report to the founder — yes or no once a week, no hovering
PAY & HOURS
• ₹20,000–30,000 a month, FIXED — based on what you've done before and how you talk
• No incentive maths, no games — a clean salary that moves when you perform
• 11 AM–8 PM, Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
• Office-based, Banjara Hills
THE INTERVIEW
• Not a conversation — a working session
• You call me while I play your toughest customers
• One written message
• 30–60 minutes, and we both know

• Any working day, 1–5 PM, no appointment needed
