Role Overview

As our Integrated Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the marketing engine across our portfolio of brands. Rather than managing a single brand, you'll oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that span ecommerce, social media, paid advertising, email, product launches, influencer campaigns, and creative production. This role sits at the center of our organization, partnering daily with leadership, creative, ecommerce, media buying, email marketing, social media, and merchandising teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and every department is working toward a unified objective. You'll own the annual promotional calendar for six consumer brands, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution. Success in this role means bringing structure to complexity, anticipating opportunities months in advance, and ensuring every product launch and campaign delivers maximum impact.



This role requires partial working hours to be in line with US Pacific time hours so they can be in-sync with the leadership team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Own the annual integrated marketing strategy across our portfolio of brands.
Build and maintain promotional calendars for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key retail moments.
Coordinate campaign execution across creative, ecommerce, paid media, email, social, and leadership teams.
Lead weekly marketing planning meetings and establish transparent priorities across departments.
Develop integrated launch plans that align every customer touchpoint.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule with consistent messaging across all channels.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with ecommerce teams to optimize merchandising, promotions, and website launches.
Collaborate with media buying teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.
