Role Overview

As our Klaviyo Email & SMS Specialist, you'll own one of the highest-impact marketing channels in our business. You'll develop lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture customers from their first interaction through repeat purchases and long-term brand loyalty. Working closely with our Email UI/UX Specialist, Creative Team, Ecommerce Managers, and Integrated Marketing Lead, you'll transform customer data into personalized marketing experiences that drive measurable business growth. From welcome flows and abandoned carts to product launches, VIP campaigns, and win-back automations, you'll ensure every message reaches the right customer at the right time. We're looking for someone who understands that successful retention marketing is both an art and a science. You'll continuously analyze performance, test current ideas, optimize segmentation, and uncover opportunities to increase customer lifetime value across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Own the email and SMS marketing strategy across multiple ecommerce brands.
Build, manage,



and optimize automated customer journeys in Klaviyo.
Create customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
Develop campaign calendars that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
Collaborate with the Email UI/UX Specialist to produce high-performing campaigns.
Write compelling email and SMS copy that reflects each brand's voice.
Manage list growth, deliverability, suppression, and overall account health.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, timing, offers, segmentation, and automation logic.
Monitor customer lifecycle metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention and repeat purchases.
Maintain integrations between Klaviyo, Shopify, and other marketing platforms.
