Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Store Manager, you'll own the product listings, optimization, and operational execution of one or more Shopify stores across our portfolio of global consumer brands. You'll ensure every collection, product launch, promotion, and customer journey is flawlessly executed while continuously identifying opportunities to improve conversion and revenue. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, creative, and technology. You'll work closely with each department to coordinate product launches, optimize the customer experience, monitor store performance, and ensure our websites consistently operate at the highest standard. We're looking for someone who treats an online store like a living product—not something that's simply maintained, but constantly refined through testing, data, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Shopify stores.
Execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product page updates.
Build and optimize collections, navigation, landing pages, and product organization.




Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with merchandising teams.
Ensure pricing, promotions, product information, and content remain accurate.
Analyze website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase revenue.
Coordinate website updates with developers, designers, and marketers.
Perform quality assurance testing before launches and major site updates.
Monitor site functionality and quickly resolve merchandising or operational issues.
Utilize Shopify apps and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Maintain merchandising calendars and launch checklists.
Stay informed on ecommerce trends and emerging Shopify capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience managing Shopify ecommerce stores.
Robust understanding of ecommerce merchandising and conversion optimization.
