Role Overview

As our Ecommerce Store Manager (Amazon), you'll be responsible for first establishing our presence on Amazon and then managing it. This role goes far beyond maintaining listings—you'll own marketplace performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize the customer experience, and work cross-functionally to maximize revenue and profitability. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, inventory, operations, and technology teams to launch new products, improve organic visibility, optimize advertising performance, and ensure operational excellence. We're looking for someone who understands that succeeding on Amazon requires equal parts strategy, analysis, execution, and relentless optimization. Every listing, keyword, image, review, and advertising campaign presents an opportunity to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Own product listing creation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and Brand Store experiences.




Monitor sales, profitability, Buy Box performance, and account health.
Analyze keyword rankings and continuously improve organic search visibility.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Partner with advertising teams to improve Amazon PPC performance.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to prevent stockouts.
Analyze marketplace trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value.
Resolve catalog issues, listing suppressions, and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace requirements.
Develop regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Solid understanding of Amazon SEO and marketplace ranking factors.
Experience optimizing product list
