Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s machinery products and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role also involves developing basic marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal technical teams, maintaining sales records,



and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular visits to customers and industrial locations as needed.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
Experience in Training customers or junior team members on product features and usage.
Familiarity with industrial or machinery products, or willingness to learn technical product details.
Basic knowledge of marketing practices, including market research and local promotional activities.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel to customer locations as required.
Comfort with using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
