Role Overview

As a Media Buyer at oCommerce, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands. Every advertising dollar has a purpose, and you'll use data, creativity, and experimentation to ensure our campaigns generate profitable growth. You'll work closely with our Creative Team, Ecommerce Managers, Integrated Marketing Lead, and Analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance. This isn't a role where you'll simply monitor ads—you'll own performance, test recent strategies, identify growth opportunities, and make decisions that directly impact company revenue. We're looking for someone who enjoys analyzing data just as much as testing new creative ideas. If you're constantly asking "How can this campaign perform even better?" you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
Manage advertising budgets while maintaining profitability and return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.




Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging.
Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and campaign profitability.
Monitor attribution models and performance reporting.
Stay current with advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Collaborate with Ecommerce Managers to optimize landing page performance.
Build dashboards and present campaign insights to leadership.
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of hands-on media buying experience for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
Strong experience managing Meta A
