Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at residential and commercial interior project sites. This role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor monitors project progress, manages site schedules, checks material deliveries, and conducts regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.



The role also involves maintaining site documentation, reporting status updates, and supporting clients with clear communication about timelines, changes, and handover requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong site supervision skills, including daily work coordination, quality checks, and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should possess project management skills, such as scheduling, progress tracking, and managing multiple stakeholders at the site.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
