As we scale this launch, we're hiring a General Manager – Sales to take full ownership of our growth.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to land in their inbox. It's for a connected, commercially sharp leader who knows how to turn relationships into revenue and build a team that does the same.

What You'll Own
The full sales strategy — you set the direction, the targets, and the pace
High-value deals driven through your established network of decision-makers, investors, and industry contacts
A sales team you'll build, lead,



and push to perform at their best
New markets, channel partnerships, and business opportunities that move the needle
Key client and stakeholder relationships at the most senior level
Forecasting, performance tracking, and transparent reporting to leadership

What Makes You the Right Fit
6–10 years in sales, with significant time in senior or leadership roles — real estate, luxury commercial/residential, or high-ticket B2B preferred
A genuinely strong network across Greater Noida/NCR — investors, HNIs, channel partners, or corporate decision-makers — with a track record of using it to land high-value deals
A history of not just hitting targets, but beating them
Sharp negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
The confidence and presence to represent the brand in any room
Working knowledge of real estate sales cycles and compliance (RERA) is a strong plus
