About The Role

The Bookkeeper position at R Singh Professional Corporation is a full-time, remote role designed to support our diverse client base with daily accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions,



maintaining accurate general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm procedures. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining organized, audit-ready records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with the Canadian time zone.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification - CA IPCC & B.COM Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online is considered an asset.
Solid bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling day-to-day transaction recording.
Proficiency in creating and posting journal entries with proper documentation and approvals.
