Role Description The HR Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The HR Officer will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, preparing and updating job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and relevant labor regulations.



The role also involves managing employee relations, addressing routine employee queries, coordinating performance review processes, and supporting HR reporting and documentation. The HR Officer will collaborate with management and various teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
