About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at TP. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our operations, ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of excellence. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a proven track record in quality management. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required to excel in this role. Prior experience with process automation tools such as RPA, as well as familiarity with quality standards like BEST and TOPS, will be advantageous.
