Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai.



The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that support Kokan NGO’s programs, initiatives, and fundraising efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance through web analytics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. The role also includes developing communication materials, engaging with online communities, and preparing regular reports on digital campaign outcomes to inform strategy and improve outreach. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with program, fundraising, and communications teams to strengthen the organization’s online presence and impact.
