Role Description The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise prospects, driving lead generation activities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Chatbot.team’s customer engagement solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering product demos and presentations, developing proposals,



and negotiating commercial terms with key stakeholders. The specialist will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, coordinate with sales operations and marketing teams, and ensure accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. The role also involves staying updated on product capabilities, market trends, and competitors to position Chatbot.team effectively with enterprise customers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and prospecting within B2B or enterprise markets.
Strong Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including closing complex deals and meeting revenue targets.
Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization.
Proficiency in Account Management, with a focus on customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
