Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and university career fairs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessment centers, and other recruitment events.




- Build and maintain relationships with university career services departments and student organizations.
- Support the marketing and promotion of internship opportunities to target student populations.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding processes for selected interns.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

This is a 6-month internship opportunity for individuals with excellent Communication Skills, proficiency in Marketing Analytics, experience with Social Media Management, and strong Relationship Management skills.
