Job Title: English Language MentorMode: 1:1 Online SessionsEngagement: Part-TimeAbout the RoleiQuanta is looking for confident and engaging English Language Mentors to provide personalised 1:1 English communication and speaking practice sessions to students.This is a flexible part-time prospect where the mentor will work closely with assigned students, help them build their English from the basics, improve their communication skills, and provide regular feedback on their progress.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 1:1 online English sessions of 30 minutes each.Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills.Teach English concepts from the basics in a simple and practical manner.Conduct regular speaking and communication practice sessions.Provide constructive feedback and help students improve continuously.Track individual student progress and identify areas requiring improvement.Maintain consistency and punctuality across all scheduled sessions.Create a comfortable and encouraging environment for students to practise speaking English.Complete all assigned sessions within the defined cycle.Candidate RequirementsGood spoken English and strong communication skills.Strong command of English grammar and pronunciation.Ability to teach English from the basics.Comfortable conducting speaking and communication practice sessions.Ability to provide regular feedback and track student progress.Comfortable with 1:1 online teaching and mentoring.Reliable, punctual, and consistent with scheduled sessions.Versatile to work part-time as per the assigned schedule.Prior experience as an English Language Mentor, English Trainer, Communication Coach, Spoken English Trainer, or English Faculty is preferred.Optional Content OpportunityMentors who are available may also be invited to visit the iQuanta office once a week for content shoots related to English and communication.
