Our programs are crafted to empower children with 21st-century skills, leadership traits, and real-world exposure from an early age.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to qualified leads to drive registrationsStrong lead generation and convincing skills to drive registrations and enrolmentsHandle outbound and inbound calls professionallyFollow call scripts and maintain conversation quality standardsFollow up with prospects to increase registrationsQualify leads based on customer interest and requirementsMaintain records of registrations, follow-ups, and customer interactionsAchieve daily and weekly calling targetsRequirements:Excellent English communication skills with explicit accent, fluency, and confidence while speaking with international customersExperience handling US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia leads preferredComfortable working in night shiftsComfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-upsBasic computer knowledge and typing skillsAbility to handle calls confidently and professionallyPrior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferredCandidates with international calling experience will be given priorityShift Timing:Night Shift (10 PM- 7 AM IST)Remote (Work from home)Bring your own device (Laptop & WiFi setup)
