You'll be embedded in a collaborative global team of designers and developers, owning a unified design language that spans multiple products and platforms.This is a high-impact, client-facing role.⚡ What You'll DoWork with the team to shape a multi-product design system in Figma: component library, style guide, the whole lotDesign a robust token architecture: global → semantic → component tokens, multi-theme, light/dark modesBuild complex, production-ready components with well-structured variants, interactive states, and responsive behaviourUse Figma Variables and advanced Auto Layout to create versatile, scalable componentsCollaborate daily with a cross-functional global team of designers & developers to keep design–dev handoff smooth and saneRun audits, spot inconsistencies, and fix things before anyone else notices they're brokenChampion the system:



become the go-to person for "how should this component work?"What We're Looking For✅ Required: You should have built a design system, not just used it.3+ years in product design with some focus on building design systemsExpert-level Figma proficiency: Variables, Variants, Component Properties, Branching, Merging, Auto Layout, all of itDeep understanding of design token architecture: naming conventions, tiered tokens (global → semantic → component), multi-brand themingProven experience building complex, multi-state component librariesStrong communicator: able to explain design decisions clearly to both designers and engineers★ Nice to HaveToken Studio experience.
