Role: GM – Financial Reporting & FP&AWe; are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting and FP&A; to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial reporting activities in compliance with IND AS, with strong expertise in consolidation and group financialsDrive budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking dashboardsAnalyze financial data to identify trends, highlight risks, and generate actionable insights for business decision-makingCollaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reportingManage reporting timelines independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and complianceKey Requirements:Qualified CA with 17+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of IND AS (especially consolidation and group reporting)Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with consolidation and FP&A; tools will be an added advantage
