This combination of ready-to-use assets and reliable talent services supports businesses in scaling their digital presence efficiently.Role Description The Relationship Manager – Campus & University Partnerships at Mellow Corporation is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with universities and colleges, including managing outreach, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building with campus stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will coordinate internship and placement programs, organize campus events and workshops, and develop engagement strategies that align with ME Platform’s talent and resource requirements. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs,



tracking partnership performance, updating partner databases and CRM tools, and preparing reports and proposals. The role also involves representing Mellow Corporation at campus events, maintaining qualified communication with academic partners, and ensuring a positive and consistent partner experience.QualificationsExperience in relationship management, business development, or partnerships, preferably with educational institutions or campus programs.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with university leaders, faculty, placement officers, and students.Ability to plan and execute campus events, workshops, and recruitment drives, including basic project management and coordination skills.Comfort working with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms to track and manage partnerships.Capability to work in a hybrid environment from Noida, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-motivation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; prior experience in campus relations or talent acquisition is an advantage.Understanding of the freelance and full-time hiring landscape and interest in technology-enabled platforms and digital solutions.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory engagement with academic partners and student communities.
