experience specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.● Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and driving departmental discipline.● Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce is highly preferred.● Automation Mindset: Experience implementing financial systems and process automation to increase efficiency.● Analytical Rigor: Advanced ability to work with large databases and perform complex data analysis to drive strategy.● Communication Skills: Assertive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and influence senior-level client stakeholders.● Global Perspective: Experience managing global collections is a significant plus.● Startup Agility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling processes within a quick-paced, changing environmentQualificationsMBA from premier Institutes .
