Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.Qualifications:Strong foundation in Psychology with a focus on mental health and well-beingProficiency in Counseling and conducting Psychological AssessmentsUnderstanding of Mental Health principles and associated therapeutic interventionsKnowledge of Medicine or clinical practice in a mental health setting is a plusMaster's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skillsAbility and commitment to work onsite in KhalapurExperience in residential or therapy-based settings is advantageousHands on Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness is a big plus.Role Overview:The Residential Psychologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological care to individuals undergoing treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders. The role involves assessment, therapy, relapse prevention,



and active participation in a rehabilitation environment.Job Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and intake evaluationsDiagnose substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide one-on-one therapy sessions (CBT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation programsConduct family therapy and counselling sessionsDesign and implement relapse prevention strategiesMonitor patient progress and maintain detailed clinical documentationSupport clients in emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavioral changeBe actively involved in daily routines and therapeutic community activitiesProvide crisis intervention and emotional support as neededMaintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environmentWork closely with psychiatrists, medical staff, and support teamsParticipate in case discussions, treatment reviews, and discharge planningCoordinate with families for progress updates and aftercare planningDevelop post-discharge recovery plansConduct follow-up sessions and support relapse preventionRequired Qualifications:Masters in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling preferred)Relevant experience in addiction treatment or mental health settingsRCI registration (preferred in India)Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of addiction psychology and recovery modelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy, patience, and emotional resilienceAbility to handle high-intensity situations and crisis casesTeam collaboration and leadership in group settingsWork Requirements:Willingness to stay on-site (residential role)Flexible working hours including weekends/emergenciesHigh ethical standards and confidentialityWhat We Offer:Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in recovery journeysCollaborative and growth-oriented environmentExposure to diverse clinical casesAccommodation and meals
