Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and manage teams of 20–50 members across multiple functions.Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs.Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients.Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism.Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines.
Desired Skills & Experience3-5 years of proven experience in operations management.Robust expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking.Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations.Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.Superior communication skills – both verbal and written.Client handling and stakeholder management exposure.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence (preferred, not mandatory).
