through project management, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and urban sanitation initiatives.

Position OverviewThe

Project Head/Manager – SBM-U

will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities under

Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 . The role involves close coordination with

Municipal Council (MC Pali) , Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, compliance with SBM-U guidelines, and timely achievement of project objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall implementation of SBM-U project activities.Coordinate with

Municipal Council (MC Pali) , ULB officials, and other stakeholders.Supervise project teams and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.Monitor project progress and maintain reports, MIS, and project documentation.Support activities related to

Swachh Survekshan , certification,



and urban sanitation initiatives.Ensure compliance with SBM-U guidelines, project timelines, and quality standards.Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective measures.Facilitate review meetings and provide regular project updates to management.

Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate in

Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning , or a related field.Minimum

3+ years

of experience in

SBM-U, Solid Waste Management (SWM), Urban Governance , or similar Government projects.Experience working with

Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)

or Government Departments will be preferred.

SBM-U

guidelines and

Swachh Survekshan

processes.Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership skills.Strong documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation abilities.Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
