Role Overview:• Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size)• Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding• Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management• Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization• Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment• Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs• Build and develop high-performing teams





Key Responsibilities:• Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions• Manage complex operations with strong control frameworks• Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges• Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition• Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding & Reference Data• 3+ years of leadership experience• Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations• Solid stakeholder management and global exposure• Expertise in risk management and operational controls• Willingness to work in night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:• MBA / CA / Finance background• Experience in Wealth Management operations• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement frameworks• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
