operations.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow a self-driven book of business.Help team successfully get business from recent and existing customer accounts.Explore business opportunities and generate sales leads from consignees (Importers).Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Co-ordinate with Customer Service desk,
Operations and Documentation department for complete follow-up on shipments generated.Help the team build rapport and establish long term relationships with customersAnalyse market trends and implement effective measures for penetrating business.Facilitate prompt preparation & submission of quotation/RFQ to customers.Ensure submission of sales/division reports to reporting head at regular intervals.Facilitate timely follow-up on collections from customers.Conduct regular review meetings with the team and enhance performance.
