research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnershipsStrong understanding of emerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscapeExcellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.

CSE academic and research ecosystemDrive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomesStrengthen

research, innovation, patents, publications, and sponsored projectsMentor and develop faculty and research teamsBuild collaborations with

industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutionsContribute to the institution’s long-term academic and research vision
