Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹13 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Indo European Study Abroad is looking for a confident, presentable, creative, and results-driven Marketing Head to lead the company's marketing function and coordinate with key business departments. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, team-handling, and cross-functional coordination skills, along with a good understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Department Management

Manage and coordinate the Call Center, Applications, Visa, Education Counselling, and Marketing teams.
Monitor team performance, productivity, targets, and daily activities.
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.




Ensure effective coordination between departments.
Identify operational challenges and work with respective teams to resolve them.
Monitor lead generation, calling, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Marketing Team Management

Lead and manage the Marketing Team, including the Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Content Writer, and Social Media resources.
Assign responsibilities and monitor daily deliverables.
Review the quality and consistency of marketing content.
Plan and coordinate campaigns, events, seminars, social media activities, and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.

Social Media & Brand Representation

Oversee the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
