We are hiring a telecaller to handle parent enquiries for our four Hyderabad campuses at Shamshabad, Ghatkesar, Kokapet and Manikonda.

You will be the first person a parent speaks to. You call them, understand what they need, work out whether we are the right school for their child, and hand the serious ones to the admissions team with a campus visit already booked.

What you will do

• Call every recent enquiry within five minutes. The first school to call is usually the one that gets the visit.
• Understand the child's age and grade, where the family lives, when they want to join, and what they are looking for in a school.
• Recommend the right campus based on where the family actually lives.
• Book campus visits, confirm them on WhatsApp, and remind the parent a day before.
• Handle fee and distance questions honestly. You will be trained on both.
• Follow up over days and weeks. Most parents do not decide on the first call.
• Close out leads that are not a fit, and say why.
• Log every call, outcome and objection the same day in the CRM.
• Tell the marketing team what you are hearing,



so we can fix the ads.

What we are looking for

Must have
• One to three years in telecalling, inside sales, counselling or customer support.
• Fluent English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Comfortable making 70 to 90 calls a day.
• Able to keep a CRM or tracker updated without being chased.
• Patient with parents who are anxious, undecided, or asking the same thing again.

Good to have

• School or college admissions experience.
• Familiar with the Shamshabad, Ghatkesar, Kokapet and Manikonda areas.
• Worked with a CRM or WhatsApp Business before.

Not a fit

• Hard sellers. Parents disengage, and it damages the school's name.
• Anyone who wants to read a script and hit a dial count.

How your performance will be measured

1. Campus visits attended by parents, not just booked.
2. Percentage of leads called within five minutes.
3. Visits booked from qualified enquiries.
4. Admissions closed f
