Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Presales Executive will support the sales team by qualifying leads, understanding client requirements,



and preparing tailored proposals and presentations for real estate investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather relevant project and market information, and assisting in the preparation of RFP responses and sales documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up on prospects, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the presales cycle. The Presales Executive will contribute to achieving revenue targets by strengthening client relationships and enhancing the overall sales process.
