Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience: Experience in casting line preferred
Education: Graduate
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day marketing and customer coordination activities.
Communicate with existing and potential customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations, offers and other marketing-related documents.
Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and other departments for customer requirements.
Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up reports.
Generate new business enquiries and support the sales team.
Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications,
delivery schedules and requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports for management.
Support customer visits, meetings and business development activities.
Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers.
Required Skills
Valuable English communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
Experience in casting / investment casting line will be preferred.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in the casting industry will be given preference.
