Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Bengaluru East. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them professionally, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily responsibilities include handling appointment scheduling, maintaining reception and waiting areas, managing mail and deliveries, and providing general administrative and clerical support.



The role also involves coordinating with design and project teams for client meetings, maintaining records and logs, and supporting smooth front-office operations. The Receptionist will represent Modern Elegance Studio with a courteous, service-oriented approach and help ensure a welcoming environment for clients and partners.

Annual Package - 1,80,000 LPA
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing appointments, handling mail, and maintaining front-office records.
