Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in high-end wellness resorts, sports rehab clinics, or multi-specialty hospitals. and access to pristine living amenities Salary Range: ₹23,000 to ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and caliber) Job Description Physical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical, biomechanical, and posture evaluations for high-net-worth Indian and international guests. Rehabilitation Protocols: Design and administer customized physical therapy regimes, joint mobilization, pain management techniques, and recovery programs. Integrative Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Ayurveda Physician and Wellness Team to blend modern Allopathic physical therapy with traditional wellness treatments. Postural & Movement Guidance: Educate guests on ergonomic habits, spine health, and physical maintenance protocols during their retreat stay. Equipment & Suite Management: Oversee the operation, hygiene, and maintenance of all physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment in the wellness center.
