Leads come in warm via Google Ads. You'll have real, consultative conversations with adult scholars planning Germany studies, career moves, visa requirements, or serious personal learning. The Role Manage the complete lead-to-enrolment journey — warm inbound enquiries to course confirmation Understand each scholar's goal (studies, career, exam, personal) and recommend the right CEFR level (A1–C2) Conduct consultative counselling calls, follow-ups, and closures Maintain CRM discipline — lead status, notes, next actions Coordinate with the academic team for cohort placement and onboarding Own individual and team enrolment targets ✅ What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years in admissions, ed-tech sales,
