1. Creativity: Creative designer will need to understand design and smart copy, and provide fresh approaches to creative communications. Should be able to provide creative design solutions for mainline mediums – print ad, outdoor, emailers, brochures, newsletters 2. Consistently research on recent trends, shifts and opportunities in the field of creative designing

Skills required:
- Mad skills on Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and CorelDraw. Like you got this covered with your eyes closed
- A brilliant portfolio to showcase your above-mentioned mad skills
- Strong conceptual thinking
- An aesthetic sensibility and understanding of color type, illustration, photography, animation, print and layout techniques while designing projects
- An ability to understand overall client brief and contribute ideas as well as design artwork
- Creative thinking to interpret client business needs to develop the final design
- Know online resources for conceptualising designs
- Pay attention to detail
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
