About the Role
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Management Trainee to join its Business Operations team. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, tracking, reporting, coordination, and execution of business priorities.
The role is well suited to a candidate who is quick to learn, highly organized, proactive, and disciplined in following through on commitments. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to core business processes, performance tracking, reporting, and management-level execution, with a transparent path to a permanent Business Operations Support role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Support
- Support day-to-day business operations and coordination activities across teams.
- Help ensure the smooth and timely execution of assigned operational tasks.
- Track key activities, deadlines, deliverables, and pending action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on schedule.
Operations Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly operational trackers.
- Collect and consolidate information from multiple teams into a single view.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Identify delays, gaps, or operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
Follow-Up & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Follow up consistently with team members on pending tasks and commitments.
- Serve as a coordination point between different functions to keep workflows moving.
- Escalate critical delays or risks to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date records of action items and their status.
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
