Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop customer relationships while consistently achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales activities.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, market visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop recent business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Promote company products and services effectively.




- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Candidates from Lucknow will be preferred.
