Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive who can identify, engage, and convert enterprise customers across industries.
The role involves speaking with CXOs, founders, business owners, procurement heads, operations leaders, and fleet decision-makers, understanding their mobility requirements, and presenting commercially viable EV solutions that create measurable business value.
You will be responsible for the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, solutioning, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure.
Key Responsibilities




- Identify and develop new enterprise sales opportunities across relevant industries and customer segments.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Engage confidently with CXOs, founders, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Understand customer mobility, fleet, charging, technology, and operational requirements.
- Pitch relevant BLive solutions including:
- EV fleet solutions
- Charging solutions
- Mobility & fleet management SaaS
- Clearly communicate the business, operational and financial benefits of EV adoption.
- Prepare and explain commercial proposals, pricing, ROI/TCO perks and business cases.
- Drive negotiations and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage leads, activities, follow-ups and opportunities through the CRM.
