We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), month-end close processes, financial reporting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage General Ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and MIS reports.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and financial statement reviews.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations,
and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements and internal governance policies.
- Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
- Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes.
ERP & Process Management
- Act as the Finance SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Manage and review accounting transactions within D365.
- Support ERP enhancements, UAT testing, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Drive process automation and standardization initiatives within the finance function.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor accounting team members.
- Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
- Support capability building and performance management of team members.
