We are seeking a proactive Growth & Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition across both business practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted B2B Lead Generation:
/n
- Subsidy Consultancy (Anuj Aggarwal & Co):



Identify and prospect factory owners, industrial SMEs, and commercial businesses across GJ, MH, RJ, and MP eligible for State Government subsidies.
/n
- E-commerce Agency (M/S Shuban Solutions): Prospect D2C brand founders, manufacturers, and trade leaders seeking Amazon US expansion or quick-commerce management.
/n
- Outreach & Pipeline Management: Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and skilled networks to secure initial meeting bookings.
/n
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial discovery discussions, present tailor-made service offerings, and qualify opportunities before handing off to senior consultants/account managers.

- Cross-Vertical Synergies: Leverage manufacturing and SME relationships from the subsidy vertical to identify potential D2C/e-commerce expansion opportunities for M/S Shuban Solutions.
