Educational Qualification & Criteria

* Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering — mandatory.

* Post-graduate qualification in Business Management (MBA) or Energy Management is an added advantage.

Experience
/n
* Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in project management, business development, or technical sales within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or process industries.
/n
* Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex, long-cycle techno-commercial sales or EPC project tenders.
