Key Responsibilities
Manage qualified real estate prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle.
Conduct detailed discussions with prospective buyers regarding properties, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
Negotiate commercial terms effectively while protecting organizational margins and approved pricing.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned closure targets.
Follow up consistently with prospects to resolve objections and accelerate purchase decisions.
Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and closure information in the CRM.
Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal completion.




Prepare periodic reports on conversions, pending negotiations, lost opportunities, and sales pipeline performance.
Required Skills
Deal Closing: Ability to move qualified prospects from consideration to confirmed booking.
Negotiation: Solid understanding of price negotiations, payment discussions, and objection resolution.
Real Estate Sales: Familiarity with property sales processes and customer decision-making.
Lead Conversion: Ability to prioritize high-intent prospects and improve conversion ratios.
CRM Management: Ability to track prospects, follow-ups, stages, and closure activity systematically.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling residential or commercial property buyers.
Knowledge of Chennai's real estate market.
Experience working with target-driven sales teams.
