Purpose:
Serve as the primary liaison between the IT and business end-users




Develop strategy (before delivery starts) including operating models, engagement models, and other visual representations
Align business architecture with strategic analysis
Shape the business context and logical structuring of problems, current state and business target state
Articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
Elaboration and Decomposition of themes to Epics, solution options, do ability and sequencing
Work with the business to analyze business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any recent or change to technology applications and/or business processes
Maximize the Value being delivered by ensuring all features are aligned to business value.
Works with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritization, estimation and decision making.
