Shift Timing – The regular shift timing for this role is 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST. Given the nature of month-end valuation, reporting, and close activities, the role requires flexibility to work extended hours during critical business periods. Expected working hours are typically 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST on Business Day 1 (BD1) and Business Day 2 (BD2), and 5:30 PM to 5:00 AM IST during the month-end close period, as required to meet operational deadlines and support North American stakeholders.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work from the office at least two days per month. On designated office days, working hours are generally during afternoon shift to facilitate collaboration, team meetings, training.
Education and Experience
Full time MBA (Finance); CFA/CA/FRM preferred or in progress
Around 5 – 8 years of experience in valuation of equity or Fixed Income securities. Interest in Financial analys
