About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate projects, teams, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate should be excellent at follow-ups, communication, documentation, and ensuring projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Coordinate between internal teams, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide project status updates.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and documentation.
Identify delays, dependencies, and potential project risks and escalate them promptly.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain action-item trackers.
Ensure tasks are assigned to the right team members and followed through to completion.




Monitor project progress and support managers in achieving project objectives.
Maintain accurate records of project-related communication and updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience in construction, real estate, interior design, or US-based projects will be preferred.
