About KrishiDukan
KrishiDukan is a digital platform built for the agricultural retail ecosystem. We help agro retailers build their online presence, showcase products and brands, and make it easier for farmers to discover nearby agricultural stores and products.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take KrishiDukan directly to agricultural retailers and onboard them onto the platform.
What You Will Do
* Visit agricultural retailers, agro dealers and Krushi Seva Kendras in the assigned territory.
* Identify potential retailers and generate new leads through field visits.
* Explain KrishiDukan and demonstrate its advantages to retailers.
* Convert interested retailers into paying customers/subscribers.
* Follow up with leads and close sales.
* Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
* Build strong relationships with retailers.
* Understand retailer requirements and communicate feedback to the KrishiDukan team.
* Achieve monthly sales and retailer onboarding targets.
* Manage your assigned territory independently and plan daily visits efficiently.
What We Expect From You
This is a target-driven field sales role.
You should be comfortable with:
* Visiting 20–30+ shops per day, depending on the assigned territory.
* Speaking directly with shop owners and decision-makers.
* Cold calling and cold visiting potential customers.
* Facing rejection and continuing follow-ups.
* Giving a short product demonstration on a mobile phone.
* Asking for the sale and closing customers.
* Travelling within the assigned territory.
* Working independently without needing constant supervision.
* Maintaining daily sales/visit reports.
The goal is not just to visit shops. The goal is to convert shops into KrishiDukan
