Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying recent leads, nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, and presenting IECHM’s end-to-end OEM capabilities to decision-makers.



The Sales Executive will prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturable solutions. The role involves maintaining a structured sales pipeline, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and providing regular forecasts and reports to management. The Sales Executive will also participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events to drive business growth and strengthen IECHM’s market presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation in manufacturing or related industries.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to product development, engineering, and OEM manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
