About the Role

MJ Education is looking for a creative, energetic and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of all MJ Education branches.

The role involves planning content, coordinating with faculty and students, shooting and editing Reels, managing publishing schedules, tracking performance, and ensuring that MJ Education’s online presence consistently reflects its academic credibility, student culture and brand values.

The position will begin with a 2-month probation period, during which performance, consistency, creativity, ownership and execution quality will be evaluated.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute the monthly social media calendar across all MJ Education branches.
* Coordinate with faculty, students and branch teams for regular content shoots.
* Shoot Reels, photos, student interactions, faculty-led content, events and behind-the-scenes moments.
* Script and develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
* Edit short-form videos and prepare them for publishing.




* Manage Stories and maintain an active day-to-day social media presence.
* Cover branch activities, student events, academic initiatives, celebrations and major MJ events.
* Identify relevant trends, audios and content formats and adapt them appropriately for MJ Education.
* Develop recurring content series around academics, student life, faculty expertise and MJ culture.
* Ensure that all content follows MJ Education’s approved brand positioning, visual identity and communication style.
* Coordinate content requirements across multiple branches and maintain a structured content production schedule.
* Publish content consistently according to the approved calendar.
* Monitor performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, shares, saves, watch time and follower growth.
* Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
* Identify what content is working and suggest improvements based
