Job Summary
We are looking for an HR qualified to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role will be responsible for attracting and hiring the right talent while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, HR processes, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, selection, offer, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle,



including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, regularisation, and employee-related requests.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, and payroll-related queries.
Coordinate statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable requirements.
Manage HRMS/HRIS activities and ensure employee data is updated accurately.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.
Coordinate employee background verification and documentation.
Handle full and final settlement and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Conduct regular employee check-ins and address employee concerns.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Work closely with team leads/managers
